Answers: Yes it is possible. It is quite normal for the Immigration Department to entertain such application. You should first have copies of both marriage certificates and an affidavit from your embassy-showing your relation to the ones you wish to call - attested by the Kuwait Foreign Ministry.

Attach your CV, ID copy, rent contract copy, work permit (to show you are earning over KD 250) and photocopies of your families passports to an application and submit these to the Immigration Dept in your area. You should not have any problems in getting the visas.
