Mother forces minor daughter into prostitution Footballer is thief

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 2: Police have arrested an unidentified woman for forcing her minor daughter into prostitution, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to reports the woman and the daughter were stopped at a check point at the Al-Bida’a Roundabout.
When the officer asked the man behind the wheel about the women in his car, the minor who was sitting at the back answered. She said the woman with the niqab is her mother and that she was taking her to a party.
She also said she will be given away to men at the party to have fun. At this point the police arrested the woman and referred the daughter, the mother and the driver of the car for interrogation.

Footballer is thief: The Ahmadi police have arrested a bedoun for stealing buggies and breaking into cars in South Surra and Ahmadi, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The daily added police following complaints from several people increased patrols in these areas and arrested the suspect on suspicion.
The thief is believed to be a football player and has allegedly admitted to committing 19 thefts. He has been handed over to the authorities.

Asian stabbed, robbed: Police have arrested three people for stabbing an Asian man and robbing him, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to reports the suspects lay in wait for the victim to leave his home and when they sure that no one was around to come to his rescue, they attacked. When he resisted them one of the suspects pulled out a knife and stabbed him and stole KD 240 from him. The incident happened in Salmiya.
In less than one hour police were able to nab the culprits based on the information provided by the victim.
The victim also picked the men from a legal lineup.

Police nab burglar: Police have arrested an unidentified person who was wanted for breaking into homes in Naeem in Jahra, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The daily quoting security sources said police acting on information set a trap for the suspect and caught him red-handed.
During interrogation he is said to have admitted to breaking into nine homes. Police have reportedly seized from the man stolen computers, cell phones and various other items and referred him to the authorities.
