Woman identifies kidnappers Kuwaiti dies on plane home

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 19: A Kuwaiti, in his 50s, died on board a Kuwait Airways flight from London recently.
It has been reported the Kuwaiti underwent medical treatment in London but he died before the aircraft reached the Kuwaiti skyline for unknown reasons. The pilot immediately informed the control tower at the Kuwait International Airport.
Immediately after the aircraft landed in Kuwait, the airport security officers, in coordination with the Criminal Evidence Department personnel, took the necessary measures and guided the passengers to prevent any commotion.
The Kuwaiti’s remains were referred to Forensics to determine the actual time and cause of death.

Asian found dead: An Asian was found dead in front of a grocery store in Murghab on Sunday.
Securitymen and a team of medical emergency personnel rushed to the scene after the Operations Room received a call from a passerby who saw the Asian lying unconscious in front of the grocery shop. However, when the rescuers arrived at the location, they discovered the Asian was already dead. His remains were referred to Forensics, which later released a report stating that the he died of natural causes.

Abductors identified:
Police arrested two brothers working in the Ministry of Interior for attempting to kidnap an Ethiopian woman in Hawalli area. The woman recognized the suspects in a legal lineup and the suspects, during interrogation, admitted that they tried to kidnap her, but failed. The brothers were referred to authorities.

Bootleggers arrested: Police arrested two Asian expatriate for brewing liquor and seized an unspecified quantity of liquor and brewing equipment from their house in Ahmadi area. Police had raided the house after acquiring a search warrant from the Public Prosecution. The traffickers were referred to authorities for further action.

Drunkard in accident: A Kuwaiti man, 40, suffered injuries in a two-vehicle collision on the Fifth Ring Road. The Kuwaiti was reportedly driving under the influence of alcohol and crashed into another vehicle. He was referred to authorities for further action.
