KUWAIT CITY, Dec 16:  A 57-year-old Kuwaiti was found dead inside his vehicle in Umm Al-Haiman Thursday.
After receiving a call from a passerby who saw the Kuwaiti lying unconscious in his car, the securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location.  However, the citizen was already dead, so they referred his remains to Forensics to determine the actual cause of death.
A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to ensure there is no foul play involved in the death of the Kuwaiti.

11 youths held: Hawalli securitymen arrested 11 Kuwaiti youths for harassing girls in front of the Business Studies Institute in the area. The youths allegedly blocked the street with their vehicles and were harassing the girl students.
Acting on information, securitymen closed all the entrance and exit points on the road leading to the institute, set up checkpoints and arrested the culprits.

Car thieves gang nabbed: Securitymen arrested a four-member Bedoun gang specialized in stealing vehicles. The thieves allegedly took vehicles on rent from rental offices presenting forged identification documents and ‘vanished’ with the vehicles.
After receiving several complaints, securitymen formed a team which conducted extensive investigations and managed to arrest one of the gang members. The suspect then revealed the whereabouts of the other three gang members and securitymen arrested them all.
Sources say 20 cases were filed against the thieves and they were referred to Public Prosecution.

Bus driver beaten: An Asian bus driver sustained injuries and bruises in different parts of his body when an unidentified person dragged him out of the vehicle and beat him until he fell on the ground in Fahaheel.
Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location immediately after the Operations Room received information on the incident. They referred the driver to Adan Hospital and investigations are ongoing to identify the assailant.

Workers hurt in fall: Two Egyptian laborers were injured when they fell from an under construction building in West Mishref.
Paramedics and securitymen were dispatched to the location quickly after the Operations Room received information on the incident.  The rescuers took the victims to Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital.  Investigations are underway to determine the actual circumstances leading to the incident.

Teen stabbed in fight: A 17-year-old Kuwaiti got a stab wound in his shoulder after engaging in a fistfight with three other teenagers in Ardiya recently.
The Operations Room at the Ministry deployed a team of securitymen and paramedics immediately after receiving a call from a passerby, who witnessed the fight.  They took the injured to Farwaniya Hospital, but the authorities failed to arrest the other youths, who fled from the scene after sensing police presence.
Investigations are in progress to arrest the suspects.
