1. First, line your eyes using a black eye pencil but don’t do the inner or outer corners.
Make sure to fill in your water line as well.
2. Then, using a liquid/gel liner, go over the already traced lines. Once you’ve done that, start off your inner corner by extending the liner passed your natural tear duct.
3. Make a “v” by joining the line with another on the bottom half.
4. Now as for the outer corners, start your liner on your bottom lid and extend it  – making sure it follows your lower lash line.
5. Join it with another line on your upper lid.
