Lebanese cheats grief-stricken Kuwaiti family

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 5: Police are looking for a Lebanese man for cheating a Kuwait I family, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reports the man convinced the family that he can make travel arrangements for the family and their son who needs medical treatment outside the country.
He showed documents to the family that he had made arrangements for the family in a five-star hotel in an unidentified country and treatment in well-known clinic and reportedly escaped with KD 10,000 and switched off his cell phone.
A case has been registered at the Nugra Police Station.

Stabbed 9 times: Police are looking for unidentified persons for stabbing a Kuwaiti man nine times. The incident happened inside a stable in Kabad, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
When police rushed to the spot they found the man lying in a pool of blood. Looking over him was a transvestite who has been referred to the authorities for interrogation.
Meanwhile, police are looking for unidentified persons for attacking five young men in a desert in Sulaibiya and stabbing an 18-year-old youth. After committing the crime the suspects escaped in a car, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
It has been reported one of the victims have been admitted to the intensive care unit of a hospital with serious injuries.

Teacher drunk: Police have arrested a 36-year-old woman — a high school teacher — for driving under the influence of alcohol, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The teacher reportedly lost control of her car, hit several cars and crashed into the fence of a house. She has been referred to the authorities.

Grocer robbed: Police are looking for two unidentified persons for attacking the salesman of a grocery shop in Mangaf and stealing a carton of cigarettes, a lighter and cell phone, reports Al-Shahed daily.
 In his complaint to the police the owner of the grocery said the victim is Indian and the thieves were wearing dishdasha.
He has also submitted a medical report showing injuries — a deep cut on the right arm, dislocated shoulder and bruises on the head and arms.
