Corned Beef Chilli
Ingredients:
- 1 can corned beef;
- 1 can diced tomatoes;
- 1 can kidney beans;
- 1 tsp cumin powder;
- 1 can salsa, mild for garnish
Method:
In a medium non-stick sauté pan, cook the corned beef. Using a spatula, break corned beef into small pieces as you cook it, (1 minute). Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans and cumin powder. Stir and adjust the heat to medium and simmer for two minutes. Remove from the stove.
