Company refuses to abide to Contract

I got a 2 year contract signed in the Philippines. It was stated in our contract that the company will  provide a plane ticket when we finish the 2 years. Now I want to go back to my country as the contract has been completed.  The company is hesitant on giving me my ticket and for this reason they renewed my visa for another 1 year. Both me and my company did not sign any extension for another year as per contract. Are there any chances that I can get my plane ticket? And for 2 years I did not have my vacations. Do I have a chance to get my vacation leave pay?

Name withheld

Answer:
The company can’t force you to extend your contract and they have to give you the air ticket and also your vacation pay. If you  don’t get anything  just file a case with the Labor Office in your area.

You can collect your plane ticket or cash, during this 1 year at any time. Ask company to pay plane ticket. If any clause of auto renewal of old contract, company can continue auto renewal of contract, till you close contract in writing with company. contact top management of the company or file case in shoun. before filing case, see the consequences, of company actions.
