KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14: About 82 percent of the participants in a survey conducted by Al-Seyassah daily at its website on bringing foreign doctors to Kuwait to treat patients instead of sending them abroad accepted the proposal and said it will save the patients the trouble of traveling here and there to receive medical care.
However, 17 percent of the respondents rejected the idea because they believe Kuwait has not attained enough advancement in the medical field, and besides, the right facilities for treating many diseases are not available in the country. Moreover, 1 percent of the participants declined to say their point of view.
