Chicken Veggi Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water,
- 1 7 1/2 -ounce can tomatoes, cut up,
- 1 cup sliced carrot,
- 1/2 cup chopped onion,
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper,
- 1-1/2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules,
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed,
- 1/4 tsp ground sage,
- 1/8 tsp pepper,
- 3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken
Method:
In saucepan combine water, undrained tomatoes, carrot, onion, green pepper, bouillon granules, thyme, sage, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Cover; simmer for 15 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Stir in chicken; heat through
