Bangladeshi hangs himself to death Asian trio thrashes Pakistani in Amghara
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: A Bangladeshi committed suicide by hanging inside a carpentry shop in Hassawi on Thursday.
Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location after the Operations Room at the Ministry of Interior received information about a Bangladeshi found dead in the carpentry shop.
Initial investigations revealed the Bangladeshi suffered from psychological problems several days prior to his suicide. His remains were referred to Forensics.
A case was registered and the authorities have continued investigations to determine the actual circumstances that prompted the Bangladeshi to kill himself.
Pakistani beaten: A Pak-istani sustained injuries in different parts of his body when three Asians took turns in beating him near Amghara roundabout.
Responding to a distress call on a Pakistani man found lying unconscious in Amghara, a team of policemen and medical emergency personnel rushed to the location. They took the victim to Jahra Hospital, while police started investigations to identify the assailants.
Eyewitnesses told police three Asians beat the victim for unknown reasons. Police are now looking for the suspects.
Watchman thief: A Kuwaiti on Thursday lodged a complaint against an Asian, who works as a watchman in his house in Sulaibikhat, for allegedly stealing construction materials.
The complainant told police he was surprised to find the items missing when he checked them in preparation for the renovation of his house. He also noticed that the Asian watchman did not report for work over the last few days.
Suspecting involvement of the watchman, he reported the incident to police. Investigations are underway to verify the complaint and arrest the watchman if proven that he stole the building materials.
Tent burgled: A Kuwaiti filed a complaint against three teenagers, who allegedly burgled his tent in Ahmadi Thursday.
According to the complainant, he saw the three teenagers coming out of his tent and he tried to chase them but they escaped to an unknown location. When he checked the contents of the tent, he discovered the teenagers have carted away some valuable items.
A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to arrest the thieves.
