Businessmen, politicians dancing drunk on prostitutes’ phone clips

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 26: Police have arrested three women who are believed to be in their 20s - two Kuwaitis and a bedoun - for practicing prostitution, reports Al-Rai daily.

This happened when investigations conducted by securitymen revealed the three women were involved in immoral activities and frequently visited the suspicious apartments in Salmiya.

Police set a trap for them and sent a female pimp to hire them for a fun party in an apartment in Salmiya.
A police agent was sent with marked police money, and the women demanded KD 100 each in advance. Police then raided the place and took them into custody and also seized the marked police money.
A police security officer was shocked when one of the women showed the police officer clips of well-known businessmen who looked drunk and were dancing with the girls. Another clip showed an unidentified undersecretary of a ministry.

The officer also found SMS on the cell phones allegedly sent by members of the National Assembly and senior politicians containing indecent phrases accompanied by requests to wear a particular type of underwear and perfumes when she comes to meet them. The woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, said she kept the messages and clips as remembrance.
Instead of releasing the women after they wrote the pledges not to repeat the offence, the concerned authorities referred them for further interrogation.

Car thieves gang sought: Police have arrested a bedoun youth and are looking for other members of the gang who specialized in stealing vehicles, reports Alam Alyawm daily. According to reports the bedoun was arrested for speeding and reckless driving because when police ordered him to pull over, he stepped on the gas pedal and in a vain attempt to get away, collided with three parked cars.
During interrogation the youth admitted to stealing the cars and gave away the names of his friends who stole the cars, used them for making stunts and then abandoned them in open areas. The youth has been referred to the authorities for further interrogations.

Indian absconder held: Police have arrested an Indian man who was reported absconding by his sponsor, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to reports the man was involved in a traffic accident in Bneid Al-Gar and he was arrested at a police check point. He has been referred to the Security Department of the General Immigration Department.
