The Fatwa and Legislation Department said the Privatization Law does not include any stipulation prohibiting Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) employees from transferring to any government institution with all their privileges in case they do not want to continue working at the corporation after the privatization process, reports Al-Anba daily quoting sources.
Sources affirmed the department will not confuse the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on the applications of KAC employees to transfer to the government sector, since it has granted them all the benefits they are currently getting from the corporation.
