Kuwaiti man abuses, insults traffic officer on duty Woman abuses policeman
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: A Kuwaiti man in his 40s working as a traffic officer filed a case in Salmiya police station and reported a fellow citizen abused and insulted him while on duty.
The officer explained the suspect became furious and attacked him, after he issued citation against him for reckless driving. The case was registered for investigation.
Thief caught: A Kuwaiti citizen in his 30s caught an 18-year-old compatriot red handed while trying to steal a buggy that was parked in front of his home.
The man called the Operations Room to report the incident, so securitymen arrived at the scene and referred the suspect to the concerned authority.
Woman abuses policeman: A young Kuwaiti woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, has been arrested by police for taking pictures of a patrolman while on duty and verbally abusing him when he objected to her behavior, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to reports this happened when the patrolman ordered the woman to pull over for violating a traffic law.
When he was issuing a citation, the woman took his picture and when he objected she promised to ‘teach him a lesson’.
