‘If you are real man fight me for rights’ - Citizen harassed by Cops Sadist husband

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 19: A Kuwaiti recently lodged a complaint at Salmiya Police Station against two securitymen, who allegedly abused their power and violated his rights.

According to the complainant, he was about to get into his car, which was parked in front of a salon in Salmiya, when he noticed a security officer with the rank of first sergeant inquiring about the owner of the vehicle. He approached the officer to know if there was any problem and he was asked to present his driving license and car registration book. He refused to give the registration book on grounds that the vehicle was parked; arguing that the traffic officer can easily take note of the plate number if he wants to check his records. This infuriated the officer, who ordered him to hand over his driving license and registration book. The citizen obliged and followed the officer to Hawally Traffic Department.

When they arrived at the department, the citizen was surprised when another officer with the rank of captain approached him and demanded for his car key. When he asked why the officer wants his car key, the first sergeant went berserk. He removed his upper clothing and challenged the Kuwaiti to a fistfight in the presence of the captain. However, the Kuwaiti refused as he is keen on fighting for his rights legally but the officer kept on mocking him, saying he is not a real man because he wants to demand for his rights through the law. The officer even encouraged him to use his hands to fight for his rights.

The Kuwaiti had no option but to file a complaint at Salmiya Police Station, in which misdemeanor case number 979/2010 was registered against the two security officers, who had been summoned for questioning.
