Saudis hold 2 Kuwaitis in terror raid
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 10: The Saudi Arabian police have arrested two Kuwaitis believed to be members of a terrorist organization based in Bahrain, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reports the men were arrested from a suburb of Al-Ihsa. Securitymen reportedly seized large sums of money from the men and referred them to the authorities.
During interrogation, the men are said to have admitted to belonging to a terrorist organization. Police are looking for another man who is said to have escaped. The men have confessed to their role in collecting money and smuggling it to Bahrain.
According to knowledgeable sources a Kuwaiti security team will travel to Saudi Arabia to follow up the interrogations.
