I left Kuwait recently and it was only once I had gone through Kuwait immigration that I realized my passport had expired. This fact was not even noticed by the immigration officer. Will there be any problems on my return to Kuwait?

Answer: If you try to come on the same passport you will have problems because even your own country’s immigration will not let you through.
To avoid these problems all you have to do is get a new passport, attach it to the old one and travel to Kuwait. In this way you won’t have problems at any immigration. But once you are in Kuwait you have to transfer your residence to the new passport within a month of landing in the country or you will be fined KD 10 for each day after that.
