KUWAIT CITY, Sept 22: Police have arrested a divorced Kuwaiti woman for having extramarital affair with an unidentified person, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
It has been reported the woman was taken into custody when she complained of labor pains and failed to produce a marriage contract.
During interrogation the woman admitted to having an affair with an unidentified person. She also said she was kidnapped and raped by a number of youths.

Woman impregnated: Police have arrested an Asian man and a woman and referred them to the authorities, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
A police source said the Asian took his Indonesian friend to a hospital and when the doctors said she was pregnant the man escaped from the scene.
The man was arrested because during interrogation the woman told police she was living with the man in an apartment in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and it is he who made her pregnant.

Daughter’s lover assaulted: Police are looking for a Kuwaiti man for beating a 33-year-old compatriot working for the Ministry of Defense, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The victim has been reportedly hospitalized with a deep cut on his head.
A police source said this happened when the suspect discovered the victim was having a relationship with his daughter.
The angry man went to the Diwaniya of the victim and allegedly hit him on the head and escaped.
The victim has been admitted to the Jahra Hospital.

Girlfriend jumps out of car: A young man, whose identity has not been disclosed, is said to have surrendered to police after his girlfriend jumped out of the moving car, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
A police source said the girl met the boyfriend in Keifan, got into the car and when she sensed his bad intentions, she reportedly jumped out of the car.
