Baby’s residence

I’m working in Kuwait for the last 8 years. My wife is staying with me in Kuwait on a dependent visa. My child was born on Sept 3, 2010.
I would like to send my child to India on the 63rd day of the child’s birth without getting residence for the child. Please let me know if this is possible?
My question is, do I have to get approval from some authorities? If yes, from whom?
Do I have to pay fine for those 3 days or for the complete 63 days? And how much?

Name withheld

Answer:
You have to get residence for the child within 60 days of its birth or take it out of the country within this period otherwise you could face a lot of problems.
If you have not got the residence or taken the baby out of the country within 60 days you will land in court and the proceedings could take months.
In the end you could even be fined. So it is better you do whatever you want to within these 60 days.
If you need to take the baby out of the country without getting its residence you have to approach the Immigration Dept for permission.
