Currently I am on the sponsorship of a private contracting company but working for another company which is asking me to transfer my visa to them. My questions are: 1. Can I transfer my visa? 2. My residence was stamped in February this year. Is this period enough? 3. If I change my residence, will there be any problem?

Answer: No, you can’t transfer your residence because you must serve at least one year with your current sponsor before you can make a switch unless you are a graduate and the sponsor gives you a release.
