KUWAIT CITY, Sept 19: The Public Prosecution has recently released an unidentified MP after paying KD 1,000 fine following a complaint filed by a Kuwaiti citizen, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The complainant said he borrowed KD 200,000 from the MP and signed a promissory note and paid the money in full within one year.
However, the complainant added after one year he was shocked when the MP filed a lawsuit against him demanding the payment of money in full.
It has been reported the MP took advantage because the citizen had not asked for the promissory notes. However, he submitted all the proof showing he had paid back the money.
