According to the complainant, who came to Kuwait to file a complaint against the suspect, said the Briton sold him two Ferrari cars for $50,000 but failed to ship the ‘goods’.
According to a police source the Briton is selling Ferrari cars via his Internet website and the Italian, according to the complaint filed by the latter, bought two cars from him.
The victim said he was shocked and felt cheated when he saw the same cars offered for sale on another website and rushed to Kuwait to file charges against the ‘cheat’.
However, police investigations show no fraud has been committed and that the Briton is only a middleman between the seller and the buyer.
The problem was solved amicably after the Italian was paid back his money.
