His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received here Sunday a written letter on bolstering bilateral relations from Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh. The letter, which was handed to His Highness by Djibouti Presidential Advisor for Investment Affairs Fahmi Ahmad Mohammad Al-Hajj during a reception, also touched on recent development in the region and the world.
