My friend’s wife came to Kuwait on a family visa and one of the companies has offered her a job and she joined them immediately and started working.

The company had told her that very soon a work permit would be secured for her and she would have to exit Kuwait and come back on the Article No. 18 visa.

Unfortunately, a team from the Ministry of Social Affairs caught her when she was working in the firm and sent her back to India.

This incident had happened 1 year 9 months ago and now my friend wants to bring her again to Kuwait on a family visa.

Actually we don’t know for how many years she is banned from entering Kuwait.

Answer: These bans are normally administrative deportation and valid for one year after which you can again apply for a new visa.

This ban is imposed by the Ministry of Interior under which the Immigration Department functions. Apply for a new visa and if the ban has not been lifted you can apply to the Ministry of Interior.
