KUWAIT CITY, Aug 19: A young girl has filed a complaint against a young man, who allegedly harassed her by phone in Jahra.
The girl told police the suspect has been calling her incessantly in spite of her repeated appeals for him to stop.Realizing that the young man has no intention to heed her plea, the young girl reported the incident to police, who immediately summoned the suspect for questioning and other necessary legal action.

Rai crackdown: Farwaniya traffic patrolmen launched a massive campaign after Iftar Thursday in Al-Rai against those who violate traffic regulations, resulting in the issuance of 200 citations.
Several patrolmen were deployed near the commercial complexes in Al-Rai, in addition to the checkpoints established at the entry and exit points. During the campaign, the officers issued 200 citations to a number of motorists who committed various traffic violations.
Security sources revealed the officers will carry out similar campaigns in other parts of the Farwaniya Governorate to ensure strict compliance with traffic regulations and protect the lives of motorists.
