Defects are in the hearts, not the texts
I FIND it strange that the Popular Labor Bloc resents its ‘godfather’ — Ahmad Al-Saadoun. He previously served as speaker of the Parliament and has always been favored by the rulers, who continue to give him constructive criticisms and compliments.
At this point, everybody must understand that public affairs can be discussed rationally in this small and rich country. Lies have never been beneficial to any nation, especially when the country has become a prisoner of fallacies, distorted facts, lack of security and instability.
Consequently, some Arab countries have witnessed tribal, sectarian and interest based wars. They have lost the ‘compass’ of development, peace and respect for officials.
Kuwait is unique as the doors of its leaders are always open to everyone. Under such circumstances, everybody should have open minds and hearts with pure intentions. This is the only way to put everything in the right perspective. Forgive us!
