I was out of Kuwait for 4 months and my driver licence expired 3 weeks ago. Can you please tell me what is the procedure to renew the licence? Do I need to take the driving test again?

Answer: No, you don’t need to take the driving test again. You will be fined for late renewal of the licence, that’s all. You need to go to the Traffic Dept in your area and apply for renewal of the licence.
