Hired from Abroad - Residence transfer

I am an expatriate who was hired from the Philippines. I have been 4 years with this company. Can I transfer to another company?

Name withheld

Answer:
Yes, you can. According to instructions from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, expatriates who have been hired from abroad should be allowed to transfer after 3 years of service. If the company refuses to do so, you can approach the Labor Department in your area which will sanction the transfer.

For visa.18, possible, for local transfer, after 3 years.. Project visa, is after approval from manager of shoun, for local transfer, if degree is attested, possible immediately.
