Three held in rape, murder of Asian female Police decode Farwaniya crime

KUWAIT CITY, July 27: Following investigations into a recent report about an Asian expatriate who died when she fell from the sixth floor of a building in Farwaniya, detectives handling the case went ahead to question the guard of the building, who revealed the deceased has a relative living in the same building and provided police with her phone number.
According to security sources, the woman confessed that three youths had raped the victim and herself the day before the victim died. She explained the three youths raided their flat and threatened to kill the deceased if she declined to have sex with them. The perpetrators then raped them, snatched the deceased’s mobile, and escaped.

Meanwhile, security sources managed to trace one of the suspects, in possession of the victim’s mobile phone. The suspect who works for the military confessed that two of his friends, who are also working for the military, participated in the rape. He also said the woman had slipped from his hands through the window and fell on the ground. The three suspects, with the Asian relative, have since been referred to the Public Prosecution.

Kuwaiti run over in fight with youths : A 25-year-old Kuwaiti suffered from multiple injuries after engaging in a fistfight with two men in Sabahiya.
Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location right after the Operations Room received information on the fight. They found the citizen writhing in pain as the two men allegedly hit him with their vehicle while fleeing from the scene after sensing police presence. The injured was referred to Adan Hospital.
During interrogation, the Kuwaiti told police he knows the two men as he had disputes with them earlier. A case was registered and investigations are in progress to arrest the suspects.
