I am working in a private company, which is my second sponsor, for the past 7 months. I have an offer from another company but my current company is not giving me a release. I have even given them a 3-month notice.
Is it possible to get a release from Shoun (Labor Department) before completing 1 year. I am not a graduate.
In terms of calculating the one-year-period, is it from the date of joining or from the date of transfer?
