KUWAIT CITY, July 21: The Ahmadi police have arrested an Arab man and an Asian woman for committing immoral act inside the parking lot of a commercial complex, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to sources pedestrians saw the couple kissing inside a parked car and alerted the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior.
The department informed the Ahmadi Police Station and securitymen rushed to the spot and took the couple into custody.
When police checked their names on the computer, a missing persons report has been filed against the woman.
The couple has been referred to the concerned authorities.

Thief caught in act: Minister of Electricity and Water Dr Bader Al-Shuraian has referred one of the employees of the ministry’s Consumer Affairs Department of the Capital Governorate to the Public Prosecution for forging documents and pocketing KD 80,000, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to reports the minister ordered the employee to be put under surveillance after receiving reports about his illegal activities.
The daily added the suspect targeted companies and real estate offices which owned the ministry huge overdue bills. The suspect demanded KD 2,000 for every KD 5,000 or KD 10,000 he wrote off from the consumer bills.
The daily quoting reliable sources said in order to escape being caught he was using the password of his colleague. He was reportedly caught red-handed by the Assistant Undersecretary upon orders from the minister.
