I would like to know if I can sponsor my step-daughter (20 years old) on a dependent visa. My wife’s daughter, my wife and I are working in Kuwait and I am earning KD 410.

In such a case you have to get a letter from the father stating that he has no objections to the daughter staying with the mother.
