Threat ‘unfulfilled’: A Kuwaiti, in his 30s, threatened to set fire to a residential building in Salmiya when the owner asked him to vacate the apartment recently, reports Al-Anba daily.
Afraid that the Kuwaiti will carry out his threat, the watchman of the building reported the incident to a nearby police station but the suspect already left when the security officers arrived at the area.
Initial investigations revealed the building owner, who happens to be a friend of the suspect, asked the latter to vacate the apartment after finding out he was drunk. Infuriated at the action taken by his friend, the suspect threatened to set fire to the building.
