KUWAIT CITY, July 1: A Kuwaiti woman in her 40s filed a case against Kuwaiti youths who sexually assaulted her 16-year-old son. The woman told police that the suspects are living in the neighborhood and she knows them.
According to the woman, her son was walking by the road at night time when the suspects asked him to accompany them to see one of their friends, and then they drove him to a desert area, raped him and escaped. Securitymen have since taken details of the suspects, which have been circulated at checkpoints for their arrest.

Trio beats up man: An Arab man suffered from multiple injuries after engaging in a fistfight with three Kuwaitis in Shuwaikh Industrial Area Tuesday.
Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location after the Operations Room received information on the fight. When they arrived at the location, they found the Arab man writhing in pain as he got deep injuries in the head and back, in addition to a fracture in his hand. He was taken to Sabah Hospital, while the three Kuwaitis were taken to the police station for the necessary legal action.
