KUWAIT CITY, June 18: Personnel from the Jahra Criminal Investigation Department are looking for three youths for kidnapping and raping a secondary school female student, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to the complaint filed by the victim, one of the victims befriended her and she agreed to go with him after school hours because he promised to take her home.
However, instead of taking her home, the youth drove her to a desert area where two of his friends were waiting. The trio then took turns and raped her and abandoned her on a road.

4 held for alcohol use: Security ope-ratives nabbed four Kuwaiti youths for consuming alcohol, at a checkpoint along the Arabian Gulf Street.
The officers are said to have discerned the youths were intoxicated, based on their actions, while the officers stopped them for checking. A bottle of imported liquor was found, after the officers went ahead to search inside the car, and the youths were referred to the relevant authority without delay.

4 months’ rent not paid: A Kuwaiti citizen in his mid-40s registered a case in Abdullah Mubarak police station against a compatriot who rented his home and absconded with four months rent.
The man narrated that he traveled abroad, and he discovered the man had vacated the room without paying the rent, as he returned to Kuwait. Police took details of the suspect from the complainant, which has been circulated at checkpoints for his arrest.

Six face deportation: The Farwaniya police have arrested six Asians, for stealing international telephone lines, to prepare their deportation from the country, reports Al-Rai daily.
