KUWAIT CITY, June 9: Police have arrested a Syrian man for kidnapping and ‘raping’ an Asian woman. The incident took place two weeks ago, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to reports the victim is known to the rapist and when she filed a complaint with the police, securitymen went to the place where the man worked and took him into custody.

Seeking illegal sex: A female Kuwaiti teacher and her non-commissioned officer husband working for the Ministry of Interior have filed a complaint with the police accusing a Lieutenant Colonel working for the Coast Guard of sending her love SMS and requesting her to meet him, reports Al-Shahed daily.
The teacher said she met the officer when he visited the school to check on his daughter and she was compelled to give him her cell phone number when he said he wanted to follow up his daughter’s progress. However he misused the facility and kept sending her love SMS.
Without going into details the daily said the officer was summoned for interrogation for luring the woman to commit immoral act.
