Corned beef pie

 Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup;
1 lb. corned beef;
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped;
1 egg, slightly beaten (optional);
1/4 c. bread crumbs;
1/4 tsp. salt;
1 dash pepper;
2 c. mashed potatoes;
cheddar cheese, shredded;
1 can corn

Method:

Mix thoroughly, 1/2 can soup, meat, onion, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Press firmly into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Cover with corn. Frost with potatoes. Spread remaining soup over and sprinkle with cheese. Reheat until cheese is well melted
