Actress summoned for KD 3,000 traffic fine
KUWAIT CITY, June 3: When a traffic camera fixed on the Sixth Ring Road clicked the photo of a motorist who was driving way beyond the speed limit, the motorist took out his submachine gun, shot the camera and zoomed past, reports Al-Shahid daily.
On receiving information from a pedestrian, securitymen and traffic police rushed to the scene and combed the area, but the culprit wasn’t found.
A case of damaging State property was registered against the suspect and police are looking for him.
KD 3,000 traffic fines: An unidentified Kuwaiti actress has been referred to the Traffic Court for failing to pay traffic citations believed to be worth KD 3,000, reports Al-Rai daily.
However, sources say the traffic violations have been committed by the son of the actress. The actress has been reprimanded because the vehicle is registered in her name.
