Bangladeshi man & Indonesian woman caught in action Indian couple running liquor factory

KUWAIT CITY, June 1:: An Indian man and a female compatriot who ran a liquor factory were arrested by security officers from the Ahmadi Directorate.
According to sources, the officers acted on a tip-off it received about activities of the suspects, while a team of detectives was formed to nab them.
Securitymen went on to raid their flat in Mangaf area and confiscated huge drums filled with liquor and other equipments used in manufacturing the contraband. The male suspect is said to have tried to escape, but the officers managed to trail him. Police discovered that the couple also had cases of absconding and theft  registered against them.
Meanwhile, security sources affirmed the Ahmadi Directorate will continue its campaign against illegal activities and lawlessness indefinitely.

‘Lovers’ held in action: Police have arrested a Bangladeshi man and an Indonesian woman for committing immoral act. They were caught in the act behind the Al-Sabah Maternity Hospital in Shuwaikh, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to security sources a police patrol on duty saw the car moving although no one was visible from a distance.
Police approached the car and saw the couple in a compromising position.

MEW staff in protest: Several employees working for the power and desalination plants demonstrated near the main building of the Ministry of Electricity and Water demanding additional compensation in lieu of additional vacations, reports Al-Rai daily.
The undersecretary of the Ministry has promised to find a solution for their demands. The workers returned to work after the senior official showed copies of letters sent by the Ministry to the concerned authorities in this regard.

Woman insults police officer: Police have arrested a bedoun woman for humiliating a police officer and a corporal while on duty, reports Al-Shahed daily.
The woman was arrested for speeding in Bneid Al-Gar and she allegedly threatened to use her influence to punish the cops.
The woman has been referred to a police station.

Doctor in the docks: Police have referred an unidentified Egyptian doctor working at the Public Authority of Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) to the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station for insulting the head of the visit visa section of the Farwaniya Immigration Department, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The daily did not give more details.
