Caramel Bananas
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar:
1 cup light brown sugar
3 tbsp evaporated milk;
2 tbsp butter;
4 bananas
1 1/2 tsp chopped peanuts
Method: Heat sugar, brown sugar; milk and Butter, cook until sugar caramelizes (i.e., melts and starts to turn brown). Slice the bananas and spoon 3 to 4 tbsp caramel sauce over bananas. Sprinkle chopped peanuts.
