Women selling porn CDs

KUWAIT CITY, May 22: Security operatives from the Ahmadi Directorate, in a recent crackdown on immoral activities and illegal residents, have apprehended 54 expatriates violating the residency law. Among the suspects arrested were two Asian women caught selling pornographic CDs.
Security sources said the campaign was launched at the vegetable market in Fahaheel, where they confiscated 200 pornographic CDs from the women. The CDs were reportedly sold for 250 fils each. They have all been referred to the concerned authorities for necessary action.

Mines detonated: A team of securitymen, in coordination with bomb experts from the Army, has detonated 25 landmines found near kilometer 35 in Salmi.
Security sources revealed the team took this step after receiving information on the presence of strange objects in the area.  Upon arrival at the scene, the team discovered the objects were landmines, so they summoned bomb experts from the Army to take the necessary action and ensure public safety.  The landmines are believed to be part of ordnances left by the defeated Iraqi Army during the Liberation War.

Wanted man held: Hawally securitymen have arrested a Kuwaiti wanted by law in Salmiya for his involvement in a financial case.
While patrolling the area, the securitymen noticed the suspicious behavior of the citizen, so they stopped him for routine inspection.  When they checked his security records, the police officers discovered he is wanted by law for a financial charged filed against him, involving KD 3,000.  He was referred to the relevant security department for prosecution.
