KUWAIT CITY, May 11: A 25-year-old Asian suffered from serious stab wounds in his chest and back when an unidentified person attacked him behind the Granada Theater in Kheitan.
Paramedics and securitymen rushed to the location immediately after receiving a call about an Asian lying on the ground in a pool of blood. They took the victim to Farwaniya Hospital where he is now confined at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as he sustained severe injuries.
A case was registered and investigations are underway to establish motive behind the attack and arrest the suspect.

Salary stolen: An Asian, in his 30s, got serious injuries when three unidentified persons beat him and forcibly took KD 75 from him.
After the incident, the Asian filed a complaint at Jahra Police Station, disclosing the thieves took his salary.  He provided police with a detailed description of his attackers and investigations are ongoing to arrest them. 

Youths hurt in fight:  Two youths sustained injuries in different parts of their bodies after engaging in a public brawl in Taima.
Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location soon after receiving information on the incident.  They referred the youths to Jahra Hospital.  Investigations are ongoing to determine the actual circumstances leading to the fight.

Man electrocuted: A 22-year-old Egyptian sustained hand injuries when he was electrocuted while playing with electric wires in Farwaniya. Securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location quickly after the Operations Room at the Ministry of Interior received a call about the incident.  They referred the Egyptian to Farwaniya Hospital.

Kids kidnapped:  A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint against her ex-husband who allegedly kidnapped their three children from her house in Ahmadi.
Security sources revealed the suspect took the children from his ex-wife’s house by force.  They tried to contact his mobile phone but he did not take the calls. 
A case was registered and investigations are in progress to verify the woman’s complaint.

Wanted man held: Securitymen have arrested a Kuwaiti wanted by law for his involvement in financial and criminal cases.
While patrolling in Hawally Monday, the securitymen signaled for a Kuwaiti to stop after noticing the erratic movement of his vehicle.  It turned out he was under the influence of alcohol and police discovered his involvement in various cases when they checked his security records.  He was referred to the concerned authorities for prosecution.

Mechanic summoned:  A Kuwaiti has lodged a complaint against an Arab mechanic who allegedly used his car for personal purposes. In his complaint, the Kuwaiti disclosed he took his car for repair at a shop in Fahaheel but he later discovered the mechanic used it for personal purposes. Police summoned the mechanic for interrogation to verify the complaint.

Cell phone stolen: A Kuwaiti has filed a complained at a police station in Ahmadi against an unknown person who allegedly stole his mobile phone from his vehicle, which was parked near a cooperative society in the area.
According to the complainant, he was surprised to find the window of his car broken and his mobile phone missing upon his return.  He immediately reported the incident to the nearest police station.
A case was registered and investigations are underway to arrest the thief.
