Kidnapped Nepalese woman found in Jleeb prostitution den New arrival sold to pimps, raped by many clients

KUWAIT CITY, April 18: Sulaibikhat criminal investigators have rescued a Nepalese woman, who was forced to engage in flesh trade for three days after a Bangladeshi taxi driver sold her to pimps.
After receiving a report from the woman’s husband that she was kidnapped on Thursday, the investigators intensified the search efforts until they found her inside a flat in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh. However, the kidnappers were out when the investigators raided the flat.

According to the woman’s husband, his wife, who had just arrived in the country, works for a Kuwaiti family in Sulaibikhat and she was abducted by a group of Asians on her way to meet him after work.  She took a taxi but the driver sold her to a gang of Asian pimps for KD 200.  One of the gang members later called him demanding KD 350 ransom, prompting him to immediately report the incident to Sulaibikhat investigators who traced the location of the phone used by the kidnapper.

The caller told the husband that he is in Ahmadi but changed his location several times after realizing that the securitymen are monitoring his calls. Initial investigations revealed the phone was registered under the name of an Asian who has been deported. The kidnapper again arranged another drop-off point for the ransom money, this time in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh but he released the victim without taking the money. During interrogations, the woman told the security officers that she hailed a taxi and asked the driver to take her to the place she was supposed to meet her husband. However, the driver took her to a flat in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and only then she realized that she has been sold to pimps. She was kept inside a room where many Asian men took turns in raping her despite her pleas for them to stop. She provided the securitymen with a detailed description of her kidnappers. Securitymen affirmed they will arrest the suspects within the next few hours as they have intensified the search operations.
