Crispy Banana
Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour;
1 tbsp. rice flour;
1 tsp. baking powder;
Pinch of salt;
1/2 cup water;
Vegetable oil for frying;
4 bananas;
4 tbsp. golden syrup or cinnamon sugar
Method: In a bowl, sift together the dry ingredients, then add water and beat until smooth. Heat oil in a wok. Dip banana in batter and deep fry until brown. Serve drizzled with syrup or sprinkled with cinnamon sugar along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
