Army man stabs son of police colonel

KUWAIT CITY, April 2: The Hawalli police are looking for an unidentified military man working for the Ministry of Defense for stabbing six times the son of a police colonel working for the Ministry of Interior, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to security sources the Operations Department of the Ministry acting on information dispatched police and paramedics to the Restaurants Street in Hawalli and took the victim to a hospital.
Without going into details the daily said the victim was in a car with a friend when the suspect stabbed him and escaped in his car.
Meanwhile, police are looking for four unidentified persons for severely beating and stabbing a Kuwaiti man inside a commercial complex in Jahra, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to eyewitness reports one of the attackers was wearing a police uniform. Sources say the cause of the incident was a misunderstanding between the Kuwaiti and one of the attackers. Both men exchanged blows and the suspect was soon joined by the other three men.
After the attack the suspects left the man in a pool of blood and escaped. Passers-by called the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior and the victim was rushed to the Jahra Hospital in critical condition.
