KUWAIT CITY, March 29: : Acting on information and armed with a search and arrest warrant, police recently raided an apartment in Hawalli and arrested three Filipino women for practicing prostitution under the cover of offering massage services,  reports Al-Shahed daily.
The daily quoting security sources said the women placed an advertisement in a magazine offering massage services, but were in fact indulging in prostitution.
The same sources said when police raided the apartment they also caught two men who were with the women.

14 held in flesh trade: Acting on information and armed with a search and arrest warrant, the Ahmadi police recently raided an apartment in Fintas and arrested 14 Asians — four of them prostitutes and 10 men who had gone to seek pleasure, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
All those arrested have been referred them to the authorities. According to security sources police have also taken into custody a female Sri Lankan pimp.

Dual nationality man held: The Public Prosecutor Counselor Hamed Al-Othman has ordered the detention of an unidentified Kuwaiti man for holding dual citizenship, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The man was arrested for consuming drugs and when police asked to see his identification papers, he presented his Saudi ID.
The man’s Kuwaiti nationality was discovered when he was fingerprinted by the Criminal Evidences Department.
A police source said the man obtained the Saudi citizenship when he married a Saudi woman in 1992. The source added the name of the person in the Saudi nationality papers is different from the one in the Kuwaiti documents.

Stab wounds on addict’s body: Police are looking for unidentified persons who allegedly dropped a GCC citizen in front of the Jahra Hospital and escaped from the scene, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to security sources the victim is a drug addict and when he took an overdose and his condition deteriorated his ‘friends’ dropped him at the hospital and escaped.
Surprisingly the same sources said there are stab wounds on the victim’s body.

70-yr-old caught drunk: Police have arrested a Kuwaiti man in his 70s for drinking alcohol, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The drunkard was taken into custody by a police patrol in Maidan Hawalli while walking along a road.
