Prawns with lemon and coconut
Ingredients:
500 g prawns
200 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Method: In a pot bring coconut milk to boil. Add prawns and cool for one minute. Let simmer one more minute. Remove prawns from milk. Add lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and salt and stir. Top the prawns with this sauce.
