Four teens try to steal KD 200 from pharmacy

KUWAIT CITY: Police have arrested two teenagers and are looking for two others for attempting to steal KD 200 from a pharmacy in Jahra, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
 This incident happened when a group of reckless youths entered the pharmacy and one of them asked the pharmacist for a certain medicine.
When the pharmacist went to fetch the medicine the others went to the cash machine. The pharmacist caught two of them and called the police.

Handbag with cash stolen: A Kuwaiti woman in her 40s has filed a case with the Farwaniya police accusing unidentified persons of breaking into her car and stealing her handbag contain an unidentified sum of money, her ATM card and cell phone, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
She told police she left the handbag in the car and went shopping and when she returned she discovered someone had broken the side glass of the car and stolen the handbag.
She added the suspect also withdrew KD 480 from her bank account using her ATM card. Police are looking for the thief.

2 pieces of hashish seized: A Kuwaiti man has been arrested by the Jahra police for possessing two pieces of hashish, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to a security source the suspect, behind the wheel of a parked car, was arrested on suspicion because he looked disoriented.
When police checked his name securitymen discovered he was wanted by law in many cases.

Utensils worth KD 10,000 stolen: Police are looking for unidentified persons who allegedly broke into a shop on the Ibn Khaldoun Street in Hawalli and stole home utensils worth KD 10,000, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to security sources the theft was discovered by one of the workers in the morning. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.

Metal pipes stolen: Police are looking for unidentified persons for stealing metal pipes from the roof of a house in West Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reports the theft took place when the family was visiting friends in the area.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the thieves.
