Coconut Toffee

 Ingredients:
1/2 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups shredded coconut
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Method: Combine ingredients. Drop from a teaspoon onto a well oiled (but not buttered) baking sheet. Bake in a slow oven 325° for 15 minutes. Remove from pan while hot.
