KUWAIT CITY, March 17: A recently shameful cameraman has published a video clip on Youtube site on the Internet, the clip is indicating that Al-Sayer group is installing non-original accessories through a specialized auto accessories shop in Sharq in Kuwait city, claiming that Al Sayer are doing so in order to resell the car as full option item which has the price tag to go with it. A manipulative suggestion that the cars are cheaply being accessorised locally rather from the factory and Al Sayer are reaping huge profits as a result.

 Accordingly, we at Al Sayer would like to clarify and confirm the following facts:
n First: we totally deny these allegations, and we assure all that Al Sayer does not install vehicle accessories in any place other than in the company.
n Second: We condemn the false accusations and unfortunate Defamations, and we urge customers in doubt to compare the none-original accessories available in the market with the original accessories that are installed in Toyota cars, and we welcome customers to visit any of our showrooms to inspect the truth for themselves, rather than falsely accusing Al Sayer, an establishment with more than 55 years of honourable history.
n Third: A Kuwaiti daily newspapers has published an article on the 16/03/2010 clearly stating that the owner of the auto accessories shop Mr. Ehsan Dana has clearly stated that the new Prado cars mentioned above which are positioned in front of the shop in Sharq are totally owned by other car traders and not owned by the agent Al Sayer MNSS, and the accessories add-ons on those cars are done according to customers and car traders requests. Therefore, no such alleged agreement between Al-Sayer and Mr. Ehsan Dana to equip new Toyota vehicles with auto accessories for reselling with higher price.
n Fourth: When we made a field visit to the site referred to in the video clip on You Tube, in order to investigate, we found a transport office next door to Mr. Ehsan’s shop, and the parked Toyota cars referred to in the scene are handled by the transport company to be transported to other destinations, and any one can make sure that the transport company is right next door to the auto accessories shop by simply visiting the site and seeing for them selves.
n Fifth: We repeat again that Al Sayer will never in anyway install such none-original vehicle accessories to our new cars at Mr. Dana’s shop for the purpose of reselling, and we emphasize that those cars have been sold to customers whom chose that their cars to be directly installed with not-original accessories through auto accessories shops, we have no part in effecting those customers choices and decisions in any shape or form.
n Sixth: We at Al Sayer invite all customers to visit our department specialized in the installation of original accredited accessories to new cars customers requests, and customers are welcomed to visit our highly equipped installation plant and see it for themselves.
n Seventh: MNSS shall take legal action, whether criminal or civil proceedings and will file for compensation against any one who has been proven to spread false news or rumors against MNSS, or against those who intended of harming the reputation of MNSS either through the media or through a quest for fame. Furthermore, MNSS would like to appeal to all parties not to make the safety of people as means to achieve fame at the expense of truth and human value, and in particular we address the person who posted the video clip on Youtube site for faking, and implying false and faulty information.
